A quick call
We arrange a time to set up temporary read-only access to your practice management software, whether that's in person or remote. Ten minutes, usually less.

The HIPAA agreement
A business associate agreement, the standard form that legally obligates us to protect your patient data. It does not commit you to working with us.

Data analysis
We pull reports, audit charts, and analyze the data to identify opportunities within your practice. About a week once we have your data.

Schedule a meeting
